SHREDers of the week are Sam Schmidt and Tennyson Mischel!

Sam has been attending the dig days at the Golden Bike Park, but maybe more importantly, he is pushing his teammates and recruiting them to join in giving back to the community. He also does what he can to help provide tips to his teammates too.

Tenny always brings a positive attitude to practice and is excited to get pedaling. She is often the first to try a difficult section and always gives the challenge her best effort. After taking breaks, she is also quick to be ready to ride!

Come by my classroom, Room 231, to pick out your choice of SHRED schwag! Like a hat, glasses, helmets, hydration packs or RockShox hoodie!

MTB Demons, remember to SHRED every day as your coaches will be looking for more Riders Who SHRED through the rest of the season.

Show up on time and prepared.
Head to trails single file and in control if on roads or sidewalks
