SHREDers of the week... Zoe and Wes!

14 Sep 2023 by Jesse Swift

Wesley Levchik always shows up with a smile and preparation to try his hardest. Demonstrates respect, and is quick to help everyone, whether on the trail, team tent or school. There is never a need to ask. Wesley has the Demon sportsmanship we like to see for building the team culture.

Zoe Miller has consistently demonstrated her dedication to training and racing, putting in strong efforts with both riding and practicing Taekwondo 2-3 times a week. Not only is she an exceptional teammate, but she also exhibits remarkable politeness towards fellow trail users. Zoe’s commitment extends beyond her own pursuits; she even assists her mother, an ER doctor, by preparing her bike and gear before practice sessions. Furthermore, Zoe’s altruistic spirit shines through as she has volunteered with the Colorado League at both of the recent races.

Come by my classroom, Room 231, to pick out your choice of SHRED schwag! Like a League hats, Optic Nerve glasses, helmets, Osprey hydration packs or RockShox hoodie!

MTB Demons, remember to SHRED every day as your coaches will be looking for more Riders Who SHRED through the rest of the season.

Show up on time and prepared.
Head to trails single file and in control if on roads or sidewalks
Respect that Jersey: Each other, Coaches, Parents, other trail users!
